By requesting a quote or engaging our installation services, you agree to these terms. Luminous Estate provides professional holiday light installation, maintenance, and removal services for residential properties.
All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted after the initial on-site consultation. Final pricing is confirmed before installation begins. Payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We schedule installations based on availability and weather conditions. While we make every effort to meet requested timelines, dates may be adjusted due to weather or scheduling constraints. Removal is typically scheduled for mid-January through February unless otherwise arranged.
All installations are covered by our seasonal warranty. We will repair or replace any malfunctioning components at no additional charge during the active season. Luminous Estate carries full liability insurance for all work performed on your property.
